This Cooper accessory sleeve with Blue Tooth connection to your tablet allows you to use your tablet as a laptop. After some frustration and emailing for more detailed instructions, it connected flawlessly. I have to say the Amazon assistant was difficult to understand and with accents, family noises and a TV in the background the communication was less than helpful, although she did offer to help me return the item. Luckily, an email to the manufacturer (after leaving a message for a recall that hasn't happened yet) helped a friendly email explain the best way to connect. I have to say that while the instructions are in six languages, they don't help, at least not English. I am satisfied and would buy again because the end result is good, even if Amazon's help requires serious attention and improvement. (I have kids and don't mind a little noise, but a more informed assistant would appreciate it. At the end, use the Fn and C keys to activate the pairing and the rest will take care of itself (this one simple phrase would save me hours of frustration and efforts)
