Plan on buying another if you move your old flat screen to another room
Relatively easy to install. Just make sure the side of the wall is attached to the wall; it's easy to flip it. And try to have a socket wrench to fasten the nuts in the wall; They have to twist forever with spring pliers (sorry, I don't remember what they're called). The downside is that the rear mounts don't allow for adjustment if you mount close to the ceiling (we are in the 160 year old 4th square which has low ceilings above a small door downstairs which has cables through a hole saved).
