As I send and receive packages every day, I'm pretty damn careful about opening packages. Today I used an X-Acto knife with a new blade and held it so it barely cuts through the tape. Well, some fool who grabbed it put a pillow right under the duct tape. The pillow now has a 3-4 inch blue pillow cut. I'll return it tomorrow. I tried to buy a replacement but they added $30 to the price so I'm going to eBay to buy the same chair. I tried gluing it, but then I thought the problem was in YOU and not in me! They had to put a rectangular piece of cardboard on top of everything before taping off the valves. Hurry up and make people laugh.
