Color matching in my guest room is a bit difficult due to the semi-glossy beige stucco that I have never repainted. because I either have to rip out the plaster and drywall or have someone fix a few cracks. Ooooh, trying to figure out the colors, I settled on soft cream and gold. Well, that makes it difficult to find the right blanket. This one was perfect! The colors are just as soft as in the pictures and the bit of blue contrasts well with the softer colors I need. The stitching is strong and I have already washed and dried once without noticing any change in color or the integrity of the fabric. A standard pillow could easily be placed in the upholstery, which didn't bother us either. And a Full/Queen is perfect for a full bed with just enough excess to hang over the bottom rails - just the way I like hanging a comforter. Not sure if it will suit the queen but this woman has no complaints!
