You are very good. I've used KT Tape in the past (they are excellent) but after finding this one I won't double the money for KT and will stick with it. I run, swim and bike; Without the support the tapes give me, I would either have to stop running or have surgery on at least one knee. I constantly need three pre-cut tapes for each knee (6 total per application); Although I try not to get them all wet when showering (which is not possible when swimming 2 times a week), they get a bit upset when showering. I rubbed myself down a bit trying to clean everything I can and they keep it average. of 5 days. Please note: I find these a little less stretchy and a little shorter than CTs. It's fine for me (I'm 5'1" and skinny) but may be impractical for a taller/wider person. But for the price I think they're great.
