This is my first time using this yoga mat cleaner and OH MY. I really get annoyed with the number of times I've laid my face on a yoga mat without cleaning it between uses. The bottle says "Cleanse in minutes" and "Deep cleanse" and I chose "Cleanse deeper" which means spray the surface of the mat liberally and leave for 2 minutes, then with a damp , wipe clean cloth. . As you can see in the picture I chose to use my own white towel to clean it as it would be easier to see how much dirt is being removed compared to the blue cloth that comes with the kit became. And WAUSER, I had no idea how much dirt was on my yoga mat. I will definitely use this spray between each use! I was also happy with the lavender scent on the yoga mat because it was low enough not to be overpowering. The only criticism is the supplied blue fabric. It looks like good stuff, but it was hard to use for the 'cleansing' part of the 'deeper cleansing'. The instructions say to use a clean (not wet) cloth after wiping with a damp cloth, so I used a blue cloth instead.
