I ordered for the first time and thought I was missing a part because the clip is not enough to hold the phone in place and hold my position, so I called in a replacement, and you know what? The clip is missing again so I found out and it looks like the missing clip is. You have to pull a small piece that barely touches the edge of the phone to hold it. I finally got it working and adjusted the holder to the correct position. everything else works very well.
