Disappointing! / Edit: Excellent Customer Service

I loved using it but when I zipped up the storage bag I saw a tear! Super disappointed about it. How am I supposed to feel it's safe to store if there's a hole? Edit: This rating was originally 1 star, but I'm changing it to 5 because Ann - the Customer Service Manager - contacted me via email after I wrote a review on a faulty product and offered to send me another product for free give. She responded very quickly and two days later I received the product with no defects. It was very tactful and I appreciated the effort. Thank you for the professional customer service and I am satisfied with the replacement!

Pros

Durable Zipper: Equipped with #5 stainless steel zippers, which is difficult to break and can be used for a long time. And the two-way zippers make it easy to slide over the closure during use, no matter how full the bag is.
