Device didn't work but turned off my TV. I removed the device and the TV still didn't work. I tried contacting tech support but they wouldn't let me say (to paraphrase) that you can't connect to tech support from your computer. I thought the VPN might be the problem with my computer, I stopped it. Same result. I've used the DVR Expander on another TV with great results, so it's not my fault. Unfortunately, this extender is no longer available. I really dislike this company and this product.
