DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A LEFT HAND DOOR. The packaging and website states that the pens are reversible. The instructions say to switch the buttons, insert the locking tool (included) into the tiny latch on the side of the button, and both buttons will pop out and can be toggled. THAT DOES NOT WORK. I tried to bend a flimsy aluminum padlock and the support phone number provided turned out to be fake. It's just a recording asking you to leave your name and number and you'll be called back. I left my number and they never called back. By the way, don't make my mistake and think that this is a quality product because of the Honeywell brand. There is a disclaimer in the manual stating that this name is only used under license. This product is actually made by a company I have never heard of.
