Update: 4-6-16I have upgraded my review to 5 stars, for these reasons:Customer service from Global Dealer is outstanding. The same evening I wrote my previous review, I was contacted via email by Anny from Global Dealer. She had advised that I've obviously received a defective item, and if it was ok with me, she would send a replacement at no cost. I accepted and am happy with the new diffuser. All email contact with her was very pleasant and extremely fast. I'm really impressed with their customer service, and would gladly deal with this company again. As for the new diffuser, it is working great, produces a lot of mist, and I like the adjustments that it offers. I have it in my bedroom and I use eucalyptus mixed with lavender, for a great night sleep. Really helps me breath easier and stopped the horrible dry throat I was experiencing every night, which would wake me more than a couple times each evening. I am more than happy with my overall experience with this company and the diffuser.Received item Wednesday 3-23-16. Having previously read instructions, five and one star reviews and watched videos, I knew what problems to watch for should any arise. First run, diffuser mist was extremely faint. The same oils were used in my son's 100ml diffuser, different brand, and produced good amount of mist. I let unit run for 6 hours, hoping it would improve. It did not. Pressing mist Hi/Low button and restarting unit had no effect. Emptied unit, cleaned and tried again next evening. Used different oil, without any improvement. Unit would sometimes produce great mist, but then died to nothing. Next I found unit shutting off for no apparent reason numerous times. Noticed plug was very warm/hot, which should not happen. Was away for weekend, and tried diffuser again Monday night, experienced same problems. I always ran unit with the same approach:1) 400ml of tap water2) Same amount of 100% pure essential oil used, 2 drops per 100ml3) Unit was on continuous mode and not timedI was really hoping for success with this unit as here in AZ, air is really dry and it is hard for me to sleep through the night due to dry throat and allergies. As stated before, I've used my son's smaller unit, which dramatically improved respiratory problems for me.I will be returning product, possibly ordering another one, either same or different vendor. If purchase is same unit, I will update this review with results from that purchase.
