This was awesome! My husband and I liked it so much that we thought about buying a second one for a different part of our home. I'm glad we waited before doing that. We received it 12/30/2015. It has been approximately a week since I last used it. I put water and essential oil in it today, and I had to turn it back on a couple of times. I thought maybe I just hadn't pushed the buttons enough times to get to on instead of one of the timers. I knew for sure I had it in the on position this last time, but when I returned home after being gone for an hour it was not on and there was water on my table which I discovered was coming through the bottom of the machine. It has not had any liquid in it during the week since it was last used, so just leaving it sitting with liquid in it was not the cause. I checked the return/refund options, and I'm 15 days outside of the window looking for a replacement.***************************************************************************************************************02/25/2016 I just received a phone call with an offer from the seller to either issue a refund or send a replacement. I opted for the replacement, so I will update this review either after the replacement breaks or after the new one has been running for 6 months (whichever occurs first). I also received an email from them two days ago with instructions to check a couple of things, turn the unit upside down to dry for 24 hours, try it again, and to let them know the result at which point they would provide other solutions. I guess they wanted it resolved more quickly than my email response time. I do give them points for their customer service, but this review is for the product and that falls under seller feedback which I will rate accordingly.***************************************************************************************************************05/22/2016 The replacement I received shortly after the last update is still going strong. I do clean this as instructed although not as often. I think the instructions are to clean after every 48 hours of use or something like that. This is not my first diffuser, but it is the first to require such frequent cleaning. Had I read that before ordering, I probably wouldn't have gone with this one. All in all, we're very happy with the replacement. At this point I have bumped it up from 1 star to 3 stars.
