The H420 comes with a driver CD. Instead, you can search for your pen tablet on the manufacturer's website, and then search for drivers for the H420 for Windows or Mac.** Don't forget to locate the AAA battery and insert it into the pen by pressing the Unscrew the middle of the pin. The + sign on AAA must face the pen tip. Without that it is NOT possible. The instructions don't say "Insert the battery". I suspect that's why people think it doesn't work. THEN you need to click the pen like a real pen to use it as a pointer/mouse. There is no click and does not work. Cancel the click to stop the pen and save battery life. You can change the two buttons on the handle. I left-clicked the bottom/first button and right-clicked the top button. The manual is pretty bad as it doesn't match this particular pen. There is no power switch for the table. Remember that the handle turns on and off. You have to get used to it. You can just hover your mouse over the tablet and move the mouse when you are nearby. If you're working in something like OneNote, you'll need to click the pen in the menu. Otherwise the pen works like a mouse and moves the cursor point.
