So far, so good! - Hair Care

Two weeks ago I bought a 1 inch under the shoulder straightener to use for loose curls as my hair has grown back. My stylist used this particular straightener on my hair at my last appointment and a stylist friend also recommends this brand. I have used it several times and am very happy with the quality of curls this straightener gives me. The heat is distributed fairly evenly across the stick. I get strong curls whether I curl my hair closer to the end of the wand or closer to the heater. These curls hold up well even in the hot and humid weather of late August. I actually did a test to see how long the curl lasted. I curled my hair at 2pm one afternoon and it still had decent curl and volume the next morning and evening. Enough that I could brush and spray it a bit and I didn't have to frizz anything. It still looked good. Actually here to buy a bigger barrel for those days when I just need volume and very loose curls and fullness. I will update my review if there are any issues. **Also, Conair owns BaByliss which is why you will see the Conair name on the iron. These are BaByliss products.
