I was scared to follow the sizing chart, but I followed thier advice and l ordered a small. I am 5'6 at 155 pounds with a atheltic build. I use them for grappling and working out. These shorts feel great! I ended recently purchasing a 2nd set since I liked these so much. Easy 5 star product for me.
