For light gardening work in the yard, the Alritz Garden Tools Set will be perfect for that application. The tools feel pretty sturdy and are nicely weighted. The gloves with the plastic "claws" really help with digging up or spreading loose soil around. The pruning shears are a tad bit lower in quality and I imagine them losing sharpness after a few uses. They're also very small so you really can't prune much except for small bushes, plants, or flowers. The digging tools are good for planting smaller things but a shovel will probably better if you're working on the ground. The folding chair is a nice piece to this kit. But I'm not sure how much weight the chair can hold. The seeder tool is also a nice touch for dispersing fertilizer if your container didn't include a built in lid that helps with that.
