"I'm tall and have flat arches, and nothing has benefited me more than custom orthotics.I've tried almost every new gel/foam/super space age material aftermarket orthotic on the market, and these work best if your arches are flat.When I wear my shoes and boots, I remove the insoles and replace them with these, which improves the fit and reduces knee and back pain by providing a good level of arch support.I'm glad they're here.
