The system is easy enough for my staff to understand without prior training. I can tell how many people are in our facility at any given time by looking at the dashboard. It is very simple and intuitive! There isn't much we dislike about this product. We've had no issues with getting started or working through questions while setting up an account. So far the only thing I could see needing improvement would be if there were more options available when choosing what type of badge you want to use (i.e., magnetic vs. RFID). As mentioned above - great customer service from Support@badepass.com. They helped me right away and worked hard to get things sorted out once I notified them.
