I like the ease of use and how simple it is to get started with. The dashboard is easy to understand as well. It is easy to see each visitor you process at your facility, which makes following up when needed quick and easy. The system is easy enough for my staff to understand without prior training. I can tell how many people are in our facility at any given time by looking at the dashboard. It is very simple and intuitive! There isn't much we dislike about this product. We've had no issues with getting started or working through questions while setting up an account. I like how easy this tool makes keeping up with our guest information so we can see who visits us frequently or infrequently etc! It would be nice if there was an easier way for me as well when adding new employees because sometimes they have multiple emails which make things difficult at times but overall i think its great!! I like how easy this program makes for our employees when they come into work with their badges or as we are doing now just having them scan in before entering through gates! The best part about this program for me was being able to have my own profile page with information I can access from anywhere at anytime! It also has great features like guest check in/out which makes life easier than having an employee do them every time someone comes or goes out!!
