This is a really good whey protein isolate. Actually I have researched a lot about this company since I bought it and they are a really good company that I use this protein for. After a little over a month it is really clean, according to the lab it has been rated a 5 for purity and rated the amount of protein per serving, which I would consider when purchasing this product. It's the taste, they don't use artificial sweeteners, everything is natural, so Dutch chocolate is relatively boring, and I think they used dark chocolate. So if you're making a small batch, say 4 to 6 ounces of liquid, you may taste some bitterness, if you're like me you're making a carb shake and need to use more liquid, there may be no flavor at all, my personal preference is the protein efficiency and quality, not so much the flavor I have. Since this purchase I have continued to order food, to be honest they have become my appeal to the company.
