I live in the Southeast Valley of Phoenix and the temps are surface of the sun hot! I never wore dresses when we lived in Illinois but now I am embracing the ease and coolness of a summer dress.I ordered this dress because I loved the square neckline. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, fit perfect, has a light lining, and can be worn with the sleeve up or as an off the shoulder sleeve. The colors are soft and very feminine and I love the ruching at the bustline.This dress is easily worn casually or dressy. I bought two, one is the light blue and the other I call cornflower yellow. Best purchase this summer!
