I have a gazebo and use a couple sunshades on it which need to be removed every time we're done with it. I bought these straps to hang from the shade hangers so that I can roll up the sun shade and velcro it out of the way instead of removing and storing it whenever it's not in use. These really did the trick!As for the straps themselves, they seem to be very good quality. They seem durable and the velcro gives the impression that it will last. I believe they'd do a good job of hanging moderately heavy items, but in my case, it was lightweight fabric being stored away from the wind. I'd highly recommend these for anyone with a similar purpose in mind.
