It is quite a good platform with a lot of functionality. It is very professional and easy to use. It has a feature of multiple choice where you select multiple options and you get an overall idea of the knowledge of the candidate. It has a tool of multiple choice questions where you can select multiple options. It is not user-friendly. You can use it to analyse various dimensions of knowledge of your candidate but it is difficult to use at times. It is an excellent assessment engine for recruitment. It is quite a good platform and I can highly recommend it to my friends. I use this to analyse the knowledge of my candidates. It helped me to understand their knowledge with different competencies. The ability to add links to the resources in the competency book. The program can be a bit confusing to navigate. Adding resources to the competency book is a bit confusing. I wish the program allowed me to add resources to the competency book. The competency book is a great tool, I would like to see it be more user friendly. This was a great tool to use when creating a competency list for my organization.
