I liked the look but it came broken and VERY noisy

The first thing that confused me is the instructions, there is a step where you have to drill the wall and I specifically wanted one Gate That wouldn't damage my walls, but you can just put it in place without drilling. Second, the bottom of my door is dented and one of the supports is coming off (see picture). I'm worried my little one might hurt herself on it. But I've already opened and assembled it, so I can't return it. And my last complaint is that it is VERY noisy when it closes. Even if I try to close it slowly, it doesn't close or it's still very noisy. I really like the design, it's really nice and modern and it's not a plastic goal but real metal which makes it relatively strong!
