PRINIC kick scooter comes mostly assembled with handle stowed under the base. It is easy to set up with clear instructions. The wheels are made with kind of silicone rubber and gives good balance to the board. The base board is all plastic currently feels sturdy due to bottom steel frame, however i am not sure about the longevity.Overall, this kick scooter is a great way to teach balancing skills to toddlers and they will love it! I think it is little pricey (around 45 bucks at the time of this review) for what you get, may be a great buy if there is an deal.
