I like that it is easy to use, allows multiple people access at once which makes life easier for those who want all opinions considered before decisions are made; also its price point means you can afford more staff than if using other software out there (this may be due mainly because of our size). It's not great when viewing reports by department as some departments just do things differently from others so finding this one has been hard work! We've now found another piece of talent management/analytics software we're happy with but still looking around - maybe even consider comparing what they offer? The biggest benefit here was getting data about current vacancies being filled within an organisation compared against previous years' results. This allowed us see where gaps existed between demand versus supply across different areas or roles in order to make informed decision regarding future development plans.
