I have an iPhone 11 with Otterbox Defender and it fits incredibly tight. It took a lot of effort to put the phone in your pocket and close it. The rubber wants to stick to the case when you put it in, so I had to slide the phone in before I even put the strap on (and there was no chance I'd "quickly pull the phone out to look at it." Once it got there was on it was INSIDE I decided to just take the defender off and use a regular thinner silicone case instead and it fitted perfectly I don't blame the product as the defender case is ridiculously thick anyway Rest of the belt maybe not the most comfortable for the Defender.
