I've been using this hair dryer since mid-August 2020. I always use this type, the one with the brush head, so I didn't have to learn. The problem started on the third use. The brush head fell off every time I tried to brush my hair with it. It slid into the grooves where the brush sits, but then fell out. I was past the return window at this point, so I had to get creative. brush in place. 🙄 It worked, but it looks ridiculous. Now, a few weeks later, it's even worse. It doesn't have the power it used to have, and if I "accidentally" set it to high power, it overheats within a few seconds and shuts down. This usually happens when I'm running late and here I am blowing on the coils of my NEW overheated hair dryer with craft burlap hanging from it. I bought this dryer because it was cheaper. It's a Revlon brand, so I figured I'd found a deal. I never thought Revlon would put their name on a piece of junk like that. Have been using this again since mid-August now 25th September 2020. If you choose this dryer you can add a roll of craft jute to your purchase. It would be better to get rid of the hassle and buy something else.
