I have an Epson XP-820 printer which I bought this ink for. I installed it like any other cartridge and it didn't work. I pulled it out to make sure it installed properly, checked for anything that might be interfering, then reinstalled. Again it didn't work. So I got it out again. And when I turned around, the ink flew everywhere! I walked around my white desk, my white walls, my documents, everywhere in the office. Couldn't clean it up! I need to repaint! And to top it off, it ruined my printer. Now it doesn't even work with original Epson inks. Don't buy them, it's like playing roulette!
