I wear a large child size 5/5.5 depending on the shoes.
I'm not sure how different they are in size but I'm pretty sure the shoes they sent me was about a 4 I couldn't even fit in them.

- I bought them and in the 3rd week the sole started to fall off. I do not recommend them if you work on your feet every day.
