Apparently the guys at The Drop thought they'd take some panties and pass them off as skirts. This item is super thin and should not be worn alone unless you want people to think you left the house naked. The fabric, which is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, is soft and flowy enough but very thin and very sticky. The worst thing about a belt is: a poorly sewn elastic, too tight and twisted. Don't waste your money on it.
