Review on Logitech Zone Wireless Microsoft Teams Certified Bluetooth Headset by Kevin Apriando

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Addendum: great product!

I, like many modern people, did this before Covid. It's a typical job, but I talk to people a lot. In any case, the call should be clear and there shouldn't be a lot of background noise, that is: it should in no way distract attention from the conversation, it shouldn't distract me or my interlocutors. "Plantronics Blackwire 725 is back in 2016 and it's finally dusted down. Ironically, it works great but the headband broke and it's falling off my head. I've been looking for a good replacement for a week now. I wanted ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and this time I went wireless because having a cable feels a bit "tethered" to the workspace. Can't stand or walk a bit, can't even stretch between calls, causing back pain after almost 8 hours of sitting. After much browsing and reading reviews I decided on this device. So far I'm not a happy tourist. There are basically 2 groups of people, the first group is in love, and this is the perfect headset. The second group has communication problems, especially with loss of sound. Well I'm in both groups. I like the sound quality, it's really good, better than the plantronics in terms of bass/depth etc. The headset also 'talks' which I like. You can get things like power status, connection, etc. by voice (you can turn this off). The problem for me is that I'm not even 3ft from the key and it cuts out so much. I received the software and hoped it would be updated but it wasn't. I even found a connection and quality: sound setting and selected the connection, but that didn't help. I did this review before using the device for work so we'll see. In the evening I work, then I will test. Hopefully I can come back with a positive update. If not, I need to upgrade to the wired version ASAP. Update: Flawless experience. I'm not sure if it's related to the PC restarting, but I use a different profile for work and usually restart the PC, once I've done that I no longer have any stutters or nicks. I have updated my rating.
