So I bought this toy as a gift for my 1 year old daughter because I thought she would love this interactive toy. I had no idea that I was very wrong. I didn't realize how traumatic this was for my daughter. seeing her mother in excitement rip the shell off the lucky little snail, rattle her shell to pull out the blocks, then slip my hand in to grab the blocks, only to look up and my daughter completely traumatized with gaping and droopy eyes see pine. what I just did to this poor little snail. Now she just holds the snail by the foot and tries to comfort it for as long as possible before taking its last breath. Or until mom can attach the bowl to the base while she sleeps. Needless to say, the toy is sturdy. Perfect. There's nothing wrong with that, but now my daughter is studying to be a veterinarian to save this snailless snail's life from her mother.
