I have all sizes of Rawlogy balls and I'm glad I finally have these little guys. They are great for my face and neck, arms and legs. I get tension headaches and often use them to massage the tight muscles in my neck behind my ears. I also sometimes use a small ball (the next size up is larger), but these smaller ones dig in a bit more. They are perfect for my face to relieve general tension. I also use them on the front and back of my hands. As a musician, my hands are my life and they really hit the ground running, so they're great for relieving tension and sore muscles.
