I got it probably more than a month ago but I only used it today. The reason I bought it was to clean the bathroom and shower walls. They made it easy. Have I ever been surprised and extremely disappointed! I sprayed the tub and shower with a foaming cleanser as usual, and I usually use a sponge and elbow wax. Thought it would make it easier. nope When trying to use climbing and descending walls, it kept "tipping" and was difficult to hold onto walls. Also, the most disappointing thing is that he just couldn't get the dirt off. I had to spray the cleaner again and use a sponge with some elbow grease. The mop was practically useless. Extremely disappointed.
