They are just awful
The arms aren't long enough to wrap around my neck. I'm not a big guy. The arms are not long enough to bend freely around the neck in the desired shape. I keep pushing buttons just trying to set the thing up. The buttons are in different positions on each hand, which is confusing. The darkness rises and falls quickly. You skip where you want and have to go back and forth. Feels like cheap plastic. I will order my old one again. It just didn't last very long.
