Review on New Nikon 18-105mm Vibration Reduction πŸ“· Zoom Lens with Auto Focus for Nikon DSLRs by Kiyoshi Sakade ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

If you purchase this device in a set with a camera, i. E. at a low price (I came with the D90), and you are just mastering the world of digital SLRs, take it to work. I shot on it for a year and a half and parted with the lens only because I felt that I had grown out of it. You can shoot "from the hip" with one hand, play with the zoom without changing your position with your feet, and the readiness for shooting and weight are a good reason to carry it with a photo in a kit, like a permanent lens. A low percentage of defects, sharpness, even somewhere excessive for objects that do not want to see wrinkles in themselves. But the time has come, and I wanted a picture, not just a photo fact that my friends would appreciate, I wanted to shoot indoors without a flash, get voluminous portraits with a blurry background, and take photos with more natural colors, 18-105 has a sin to brighten up, show myself. However, the senior classes are already other money. So I give him a solid 5 as a workhorse.

Pros
  • Price in CHINA, accurate autofocus with stabilizer, focal length range
Cons
  • you notice as you gain experience and work with other lenses, but for those who only acquire, I would not write

Why is the mount plastic? Metal would greatly affect the price? Rave!
