Hot or cold therapy!

I’m impressed with how long it holds its cold or hot temperatures. It can remain cold up to 90 minutes. Great for treating sprains, swelling, etc. My clients love it!

Pros

It's OK. I prefer just a regular tennis or racquetball tho

Cons

Stainless steel balls might be too hard and uncomfortable for some users
