The most important thing I like about this product is that it provides me with all the necessary information in one place, which saves me so much time when making my decisions. It also helps save money by having everything within one program instead of buying separate programs. Sometimes I have had some issues with the software crashing or not loading completely but these were easily fixed by contacting Tech Support. For example, I was using an Excel file to track inventory and when we moved our site to another location, the new computer did not recognize any of the files created previously. Once contacted tech support they helped us figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.
