I had a very bad experience with my King Koil bed but when I contacted them they did their best to make me happy. They quickly sent me a new bed. Didn't have to bother sending the old holey one back. They were very apologetic and after a year of exchanges they called me to see how my bed was. I've used it a few times since trail riding and it's been fine. I used it to sleep guests. There were no complaints. At the end of the month I will do the same route again. I'm almost sure that I won't have problems like last year. I would recommend King Koil for their excellent customer service. The beds are very, very comfortable and if you have any problems contact them and they will certainly take care of your complaints in no time. I think customer service is more important than the product. So if you're looking for a super comfortable airbed that's easy to get in and out of, give this a try. I highly recommend King Coil. They treated me like a king. This has to be the worst purchase I've ever made from Revain. I am so disappointed. I replaced the queen size air bed to use in my tent when I went on a night hike. My queen size was excellent but it took up too much space so I was pleased when this item was delivered. I did everything I was told in the instructions, I filled it in which was very smooth. I left it as they suggested for a few days to allow it to stretch. They said it was a little softer what happened. I didn't lay on it at all, just left it on and deflated and packed it up for my week-long ride and overnight stay. I packed it in my car and was very excited to take it out of my bag and fill it up in my tent. I used an extension cord and an inverter. Super filled. I put a foam pillow underneath and a huge thick blanket based on previous experience with air mattresses in tents. The air in bed gets very cold unless you put it on something to insulate it from the cold floor. I draped a tight queen-size sheet over it, and then covered my down sleeping bag with a duvet. It was so cozy until morning. It has become very soft. It's okay, the instructions say this can be. I accepted it. As the week went on this bed got worse and worse. I had to fill it twice, once in the afternoon and then before bed, in the morning it was still very very soft. I didn't sleep at all and was very rigid because of the way he was encapsulating me. I felt like a sausage in a bun. The very last night and the sixth night of my trip were simply the worst. I couldn't sleep with this horrible thing, it was getting worse and worse. I needed sleep (riding 8 hours a day). Just before I went to bed I filled it AGAIN. it was solid and very comfortable. At 3am my feet were up in the air and my head was on the ground. He lost almost all of his air. I was in tears, I gathered all my blankets and went to my SUV to see if I could get some sleep. Not good, it was totally against why I was in the tent. It was so uncomfortable and I had to see and hear the horses all night. Back in the tent, I pushed aside the completely deflated KING KOIL mattress and fell asleep on the foam and quilts. I finally got some sleep. I'm so pissed! I want my money back and I never want to see that thing again. I've done my research. it must have been incredible. Well, that's complete nonsense, and I'm going to contact the company now. If I couldn't give it any stars I would. I'm so tired. and my vacation/trip was ruined
