Clothing Isn't Adjustable
The problem with this accessory is that the Velcro for fastening is just a square, effectively reducing the closure to a button - and this effectively makes it non-adjustable. If the velcro was a few inches long it would give a lot more room to adjust the garment so it could be worn tighter when it's cold and looser when it's hot. Anyway, a scarf is actually more useful.
