A while ago my wife and I gave up storing butter in the fridge. It is always mixed with canola or olive oil and really spoils the taste. There's something awesome about butter spread on room temperature toast. We ended up dangling pieces of butter in wrappers on the counter. This butter dish is amazing. The counter always looks clean. Keeps oil clean. It is easy to wash, easy to paste. Butter spreads better than what you buy in the store and tastes 300 times better!
