Review: My backyard could use some upgrades, so I went ahead and made a purchase from TerraKing in the hopes of finding some outdoor living products of a higher standard. Unfortunately, my experience was the epitome of a letdown in every sense of the word. To begin, they didn't have a very large selection of patio furniture, which was disappointing because I was expecting for more variety. The furnishings that I did end up buying turned out to be uncomfortable and not durable enough to withstand the use that it would receive on a daily basis. After only a few weeks of use, the furniture already showed evidence of wear and tear, which made me feel frustrated about the investment that I had made. The lawn and garden machinery that they had was inferior to ours. My lawn ended up looking even worse than it did before I started working on it with the gardening supplies and lawn care products because they didn't seem to perform as advertised. In addition, the composting equipment as well as the bins for yard refuse were unclear and difficult to operate, which resulted in a frustrating and untidy experience. To add insult to injury, their support for existing customers was subpar. I reached out to communicate my concerns, but the responses I received were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. It made me feel as though my company wasn't being appreciated at all. In general, my experience with TerraKing was unsatisfactory, and I would not suggest their products to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality items for outdoor living. Look elsewhere, as doing so will save you both time and money.
