Very disappointed with customer service! Bought 2 bedroom humidifiers, 1 stopped working after 4 months. It was probably defective, since the other device still works great! I contacted the seller and no apology was offered, just a credit of just over half the cost of a new unit. This offer came after they had already confirmed it had a 1 year guarantee. I hope other products I own from this company continue to work because I now know they don't live up to any warranties. I will not buy anything else from HOMEIMAGE again!
