Well done, easy to install, works like a charm. The product information showed that they will be installed in a new building. We installed in a 10 year old house with a vaulted ceiling that actually opens to the attic. If anyone is doing the same thing, I would suggest taking a little more time to find the center and measure the drywall to be cut. I removed the metal brackets from the unit and attached them to the drywall underneath, marking the corners and drawing lines from corner to corner. Then they put their hands back and installed from the attic. Worked great. The fan fits perfectly. Nothing should be new construction.
