**UPDATE** I got the replacement mount really fast. It was flawless. This time the camera was easy to install. I received my order of aftermarket outdoor camera mounts. I could immediately tell the difference between the original and this mount. The weight is about 1/2 of the original. The description says more access to the USB port. I can't say for sure. The biggest dissatisfaction is that the threaded mount, which screws into the back of the camera, doesn't screw all the way in. It acts like it's either the wrong threads per inch or SAE versus metric. The second camera could not be installed because it behaved like a crossover. Both camera threads appear to be fine and the assembly's threaded attachment is fine. I just didn't want the carving and didn't want to mess up my Arlo Pro. So here we are
