We really liked the product. The shovel is plastic (very good plastic, hard plastic which makes it durable. The packaging that everything came in was very good and clean. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the bags. They are fragile Material. When we first used them, one broke. They're a bit brittle, so if you're the person who likes oil-soaked popcorn, get something else to spread on top.
