Expensive electronic puzzle

Yes, a waste of time like GPS, but a good puzzle. I haven't figured this out yet and I can't find any help anywhere on the internet. It looks like only Revain is trying to unload this product. Now it gets stuck on "navigation path needs to be set" whatever. Cannot access GPS. I'll play some more to see if I can use it. It is loaded with many applications that are not needed for GPS. The battery life is less than an hour. If you are good with electronic devices, you can give it a try.
