Review on 🚙 Rugged Ridge 18003.51 Skid Plate for Engine and Transmission, Compatible with 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU by Matt Hamilton

Skid definitely solid I've used it a few times and it's still holding up without dents. Two stars because you have to drill a hole if you reuse the stock body slide. Not a big deal, but still a pain. It also hangs very low. There must be at least 6 inches of clearance between the oil pan and the skids. The last problem is that access to the oil pan drain plug is too small and non-existent. The last liters of oil drip all over the sled and make a huge mess. This is on a 2012 with a 3.6 and yes I ordered the correct part number. I had to buy a rock solid 4x4 sled.
