This numeric keypad is not compatible with Apple keyboard. When you turn off your Mac, the mouse, keyboard, and keyboard connect via Bluetooth. Continue booting up the Mac, it doesn't recognize the keyboard and you need to plug in the charging cable to "connect the keyboard so you can log into the Mac". Very disappointed that there is no contact information so I can find a solution to the problem. Sorry for giving 1 star the first time…. TO UPDATE! A company representative named Candy quickly contacted me and tried to resolve the issue, she quickly sent me a replacement. I have a feeling this is not a product, it could be my system. I really enjoy using this keyboard design and I highly recommend this product. I found a workaround and am happy to use it. I would change my rating to 5 stars. Sheila S
